Our Operations Team contacts the customer via Call/WhatsApp and collects the basic biographic details to begin the documentation.
Step 3: Payment & Document Preparation
Once the initial documentation is complete, the remaining payment is collected.
Our team prepares all required documents and sends them via Email/WhatsApp for the customer’s signatures on the paperwork; wherever required.
At this stage; if a customer does not have access to printer/network; we will send the physical documentation to the customer through Fedex/UPS.
Our team also prepares any/all documents that customer will need to get Notarized.
Step 4: Document Pickup & Submission
We arrange a secure document pickup from the customer's home or office via FedEx/UPS; from any location across the US.
All documents are Quality checked by the Operations team once received; and any corrections/alternations made if required, in coordination with the customer.
The final set of documents is submitted to the Indian Embassy/Consulate for processing.
Step 5: Final Delivery
The Embassy/Consulate processes the request.
The passport/documents are directly shipped to the customer’s home address.
Step 6: Updates/Feedback and Closure
Operations team shares periodic feedback with the customer on the progress during the process.
Team also calls the customer after final delivery of Passport/Documents to seek feedback.
