Yes, they can. Even if you don’t have an OCI card, and you were born in India, you all can apply keeping your application as the base.
OCI Card is valid for lifetime, but it needs to the re-issued at obtaining 15 years of age, and on obtaining 50 years of age. It also needs to be updated as and when you obtain a new US passport.

No. You can still get a e-Visa in 24-48 hours. Just carry the printout of the Visa and your US passport. When you come back to US, apply for a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa to India.
No, you cannot. If you are of Indian origin, you can apply for a “Entry Visa” which is granted for a period of 5 years, but with a initial duration of stay for 180 days, which is extendable in India. Please reach out to us once you are in India.
You can get an emergency visa on the same day if you travel to your nearest consulate with all the documents and fees money orders. We can help you only with the required documentation; but you must go to the consulate yourself.
It means that you cannot stay in India for more than 180 days in a consecutive 12 month period. Example- If you plan to travel to India in March this year, you can only stay in India for a total of 180- days till end of February next year. You can either stay for 180 days at a stretch, or you could make 20 trips of 9 days each, up to you.

Yes, you can. Government of India allows ONE entry/Exit within 3 months of acquiring foreign citizenship. Do remember to surrender your Indian passport as soon as you are back in the US.
